The Palms at Laurel is a 65-unit community of duplexes and townhouses in southeast Edmonton — one of our largest completed multi-unit projects.
Homes were arranged to keep the street feeling like a neighbourhood rather than a block of repeats: front porches, varied elevations, and stone accents break up the run while keeping construction efficient.
Delivering a community at this scale means coordinating servicing, grading, and trades across dozens of units without letting quality drift from the first home to the last.
