About this build
Our current infill build sits in Lendrum Place, a mature south-side Edmonton neighbourhood where mid-century bungalows are steadily giving way to thoughtfully designed new homes.
The proposed exterior keeps things calm and contemporary: cream stucco with black window frames, trim, and detailing. Inside, warm wood cabinetry and accents soften the contrast so the home feels grounded rather than stark.
