Cavanagh Residence II
A completed 2,600 square-foot custom home in Cavanagh with warm wood cabinetry, black accents, and a tall feature wall.
About this build
A second completed custom home in Cavanagh, this one at 2,600 square feet, with a warmer palette than its neighbour.
The kitchen anchors the main floor: wood cabinetry, black hardware and accents, and a large island sized for everyday family use rather than show.
The open-to-above living room is framed by a tall black feature wall and an exposed wood staircase. Upstairs, the primary ensuite has a freestanding tub and tiled shower, and the bonus room picks up black, wood, and gold detailing.
